Things to note
The process may take time, because we are careful who we allow to sell in our community.
There are many scammers or dealers that bait & switch (send a different watch to the QC photos) and we cannot let this occur in our community.
You must have patience while we explore the opportunity of allowing new sellers into our community. Asking daily what the status is will not make it go any faster.
We are a community of replica watch customers with over 65,000 Reddit members and 7,000 Discord members. The Wiki is used by thousands of people in the replica community.
With such a large community, it is important that we review each seller before they are listed as recommended.
A Recommended Seller is different to a 'Trusted Dealer', which is a title given by popular and strict replica watch forums, such as RWI and RepGeek.
Do not publicly discuss this review or vetting process with anyone.
Conversations between community mods and dealers are to remain private.
There will be no request for payment to be listed now or in future. Provided you serve the community well you will remain as a listed seller.
The process of becoming listed as a seller
To apply
- Speak with Qomplete: This is the best way to initiate a seller review. WeChat is preferred communication method. You can contact Qomplete on Reddit or Discord.
- Confirm your seller process: This includes discussing what factories you can obtain, what quality of watches you sell, how long it takes, what postage you offer etc.
- Go through a test order: We must run through the full customer process to review how well you are able to obtain items, your quality of communication, the payment process, your shipping process and how long an item takes to arrive. We will also need to inspect the item on arrival to ensure it is the same item as QC photos
- Once approved: Confirm your business assets such as WeChat, WhatsApp, Yupoo album, website, Instagram etc.
- Added to New Sellers list: You will then be added to the Watches New Sellers list until you have made a number of successful sales within the community.
Once approved
- An announcement to the community will be made about your status as a New Seller
- Your information will be listed in Watches wiki
- You gain access to the ChinaTime #Showcase channel on Discord to post content (as much as you want)
- You can also receive the Verified Dealer flair on r/ChinaTime reddit
- You can sell to users on the chinatime.club website

It is expected that customers are able to review a watch before confirming the final sale.
Dealers decide whether they require payment before or after QC.
Recommendations for a good service
Have visual consistency across your digital assets.
Use the same name so customers can be confident they are dealing with the same seller.
Use the same logo on social media accounts, chat apps and in photos.
Place a sign behind your QC photos with business information. This helps both your ongoing promotion (as customers will post these images on popular forums for opinions) and reinforces your brand and business.
Join conversations in Discord and on Reddit. Customers are always wanting to know updates about news from China and watch releases.
Post regularly in the #showcase channel on Discord. This will encourage users to view your inventory and make purchases.
DO NOT post sale content on the r/chinatime Reddit. It is against Terms of Service.
DO NOT post sale ads on the ChinaTime Discord. It is against Terms of Service.
You can discuss sales in DM on Discord, or advise potential customers to contact you on WeChat or WhatsApp.
You can seek out customers on the BST forum but these are usually for peer to peer sales.
